the staff was very helpful and efficient, really made a difference to my trip. the room was reasonably large and brand-new, had big beds. there were climate control, flat screen cable tv, and a mini-fridge-bar in my room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the location was excellent, with easy access to the nearby metro station and attractions like the Kalighat temple. Secondly, the rooms were well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the bustling street below. Lastly, the breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a decent variety of options to start the day.

Although minor, the cleanliness of the bedsheets was not up to par. However, overall, I had a great stay at this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Kolkata! The value for money is simply outstanding. I couldn't believe the quality of the accommodation for the price I paid. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. I especially loved the shower cubicle, a refreshing change from the typical Indian 'wetrooms'. The staff were incredibly helpful and the check-in process was smooth. The tea and coffee facilities in the rooms were a nice touch, and the large comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the availability of Wi-Fi and English channels on the TV. this hotel provided an English standard of accommodation at an Indian price, and I would definitely go back.
